In Need of Culinary Advice-help CTMom

CT Mom your posts always look so good and tasty. Anyhoo...I have Chocobake that has never been used. The use by date is September 2014. Can I still use it?  


  1. Absolutley! It may have what they call a "chocolate bloom" which is a greyish tint to the chocolate. It'll melt, can be used just as if it was freshly made in the factory. Heat, and I think you are in the South, naturally causes this. No worries, enjoy!
