Yummy homemade soft scrub

I know that sounds weird but this stuff really smells good. I mixed baking soda with Dr. Bronner's Peppermint soap. I didn't measure anything. Just enough to make it a bit like frosting. Maybe a tad bit more runny. Boy does it smell good. I hope it does a good job at cleaning the tub. We shall see.

  1. Use LESS soap, maybe 1 tsp. (Scant) to 1 cup Borax, 1/3 cup baking soda. Whisk with fork. Add 3-5 drops pepoetmint oil, 1-3 of tea tree oil. Store in air tight container. (I use a quart mason jar.) To use : sprinkle on damp sponge, scrub and rinse. Works great on soap scum and your tub will smell like Santa's Viliage!

  3. Oh yes. It worked really well. You have to rinse really well too. If not, you can get that baking soda gritty feel. But it smelled marvelous while I scrubbed away.
