Frugal Food

Well let's see. Today I made some homemade pimento cheese and we had baked spaghetti for lunch instead of going out to eat after church. To some that may not seem like much but for us that is a big step. I have enough leftover spaghetti to have for lunch tomorrow at work and dinner tomorrow night. Pimento cheese---it's a Southern thang!! LOL and a photo from my church early this morning.

  1. I love pimiento and cheese and make it several times each month. Spaghetti is a good choice for me, too. Being frugal is not all about not having much money. It's about being careful with whatever money you have.
